What makes a person stack silver and gold? Have you ever wondered why?
There are many types of silver available in the market, and a gazillion products and designs produced by hundreds and hundreds of mints, foundries, silversmiths, and hobby silver pourers worldwide.
Government-Issued Bullion Coins
Sovereign Minted or Government-issued Bullion Coins are well-recognized and widely accepted. Government bullion coins are legal tender coins that have been minted by a country’s national mint and their purity and value are backed and guaranteed by that nation’s government.
Some of the most popular government-issued silver coins from around the world include: The American Silver Eagle, British Britannia, Canadian Maple Leaf, South African Krugerrand, Austria Philharmonic, Chinese Panda, African Elephant, Australian Kookaburra, Koala, and Kangaroo.
American Silver Eagles
I stack American Eagles because it is my preferred way to save money.
American Eagle coins in both silver and gold are a natural choice of bullion coin for me. It is the foundation of my precious metals stack.
I am, after all, an American stacker.
Not only are American Silver Eagles and American Gold Eagles readily available to me at comparable and reasonable premiums over spot but also the American Eagles are highly recognized worldwide and therefore very easy to liquidate at a moment's notice and still guaranteed to get at least spot price for them.
It has been the experience of many who regularly sell their coins that the buyback price of American Eagles is always above the spot price.

I like it too. But come with it is a higher premium. The Panda, Elephants, Kookaburra and Koala are higher premium bullion.'
For the purpose of stacking, I prefer the American Silver Eagles, or Britannia, or Maple Leafs, or Krugerrand, and the Kangaroo. The Libertad is a nice coin, but they are overpriced, I just buy one a year.

ENGAGEtokens.I'm with you on the Eagles, I do like some bars too. I got a couple of gold Eagles on the way, I have the feeling gold will move up a lot this year so time is limited to get your weight up.

My gold holdings are up, up!!
Remember when we were buying 1/10 oz gold for $125 (because I buy 1/10 gold only, a so far I only have four full 1 ounce) - $145. This went on for years until January 2020!!!
Yes, I am glad we started stacking early... although I started only in late 2015.
But it is never too late to start!

ENGAGEtokens.Eagle is on my wish list. It seems to be good choice for US stacker. I found the cheapest bullion coin today is The Kangaroo in our local store.

ENGAGEtokens.Eagles make sense for a base stack in america. My core stack is all generics.
Yes, it does make sense.
I love generics! I stack them too: generic trade units with the Statue of Liberty, anything that is patriotic, and the prospectors. But only if they are cheaper than Eagles.
Last year, generics were selling at far higher prices than one would expect.
Hopefully the prices this year will roll back a little.

surely i won't regret it is one of the best decision in my life, thru silver coin collection i became more incline to investments both from crypto, stocks real estate and specially commodities which i should have done years before but i guess its not too late😉.

I continue to post because I believe in stacking and what it has done for me.
And when I get comments like yours, I feel that I have somehow accomplished my goal.
I got into saving precious metals and I have found that it a sure way to save. For a person who doesn't know how to save and is so used to spending money frivolously, this took me from 0 savings to $1,850 in coins, rounds,& bars and $1,850 in cash on my first year.
I have not stopped.

The Walking Liberty has always been one of my Favorites my friend😍😍😀
Ahhh... the Walkers are my utmost favorite.
For this reason, I like the American Silver Eagles.
I think that it is the most classic of all coins.
I have not stopped buying at least $1 face value of the Walkers when I find them.

The idea is to save... to exchange fiat money for real money that lasts forever.
I am grateful that government mints have these bullion coins, backed by them, and available to regular persons like us.
Spend your money on these, or mindlessly throw your money away by spending money on stuff and fluff!
