Yes, I have passive income in the form of rental property. I have this blog, from which I realized the actual USD income of $2,500 for the first-time last year. I have a YouTube channel, and that takes a lot of work. BTW, follow me at Silver Saver on YouTube. I have one P2P. Not to mention investments in income stocks, Fundrise, and high-yield savings. The last three are the only ones that do not require my participation.

      You have something. Youtube can be passive after a while, that is for sure. I'm one of your 4870+ subscribers.

      The blog in here can turn to passive if earnings are used for passive income, like HBD with 20% anual return.
