TBH all this Hive talk about onboarding outside devs to build on Hive will do nothing.
They will come and build and try to get DHF funds to dump.
No real business is bringing in capital because business concerns are not being addressed.

I am not in charge (probably just as well), but if I were, I would divide the DHF by the number of wallets and distribute that amount to each one and call it done.
That's right, I would not divide it proportionally, but same amount to each wallet. Nothing can ever be fair about those funds so just divvy it up one for you/one for me and call it a day.
Some developers and whales may quit, but the overhang would be gone and a new mindset could take root.
I would also immediately change the number of witnesses to 50 or even 100.
Like I said, I will never be king. 🤣
