They started to upvote those who engage with the agent. It is meant to stimulate people conversing with the agents.
As for the powering up, I was told they are all now powering up on certain schedules.
sounds good.
still just annoyed AF they sat on their hands while the price was 0.018 and didn't curate or anything they promised.
but glad the fly wheel is starting to spin.
