The Halloween franchise should forget about Michael Myers and do more Season of the Witch style standalone stories, that movie was ahead of its time and the anthology concept couldve been amazing if they stuck with it, instead we got decades of the same slasher formula over and over, imagine getting a different Halloween themed horror story every couple years with different directors and ideas, that would breathe new life into this tired franchise
