The Simpsons is hitting 800 episodes on February 15th 2026 which is absolutely insane when you think about how long this show has been on air, Fox renewed it through season 40 so its not going anywhere anytime soon, the 800th episode and season 37 finale both air the same night which feels like a pretty big deal for a show that started back in 1989, Family Guy is also hitting their 450th episode that same night so its basically an animation milestone party on Fox, honestly dont know how The Simpsons keeps going but here we are still watching Homer do stupid shit after all these years.
