I think that unless you registered earlier in the year with dtube then the drop isn't available.
There are 3 methods to login (wtf), I found that only my
Steemlogin details would display the notification that there were tokens available to claim.Can't remember if I did or not. Where is the claim link.. I can't see it, and if I did register... where can you find the tokens?
If you login with Steem credentials, there should be a notification in notifications saying you have tokens to claim.

Yes. I have a feeling that you may not have joined up with dtube when they were sorting out registrations. It's as clear as mud though with 3 logins and I'm not sure if you can register with dtube now and then sync your Steem account, sorry.
