Make as many as you want but dripping one a day is probably the best way to develop and engage and audience. Every few days is fine too. In threads though, thread away!

If you want to follow the social norms and actually maximize your chances of curation, one a day, even one every two days is enough.
But you can do more if you simply want to write
I think I will be good with the social norms of one every 2 days.
Maybe some weeks where I feel a little chatty I will do 1 a day for that week
