All Markets are going down, including Pokémon TCG.

The last 3-5 weeks have been challenging for:

  • #Bitcoin / #Ether holders (BTC down from $120K --> under 90K)
  • Nasdaq (or AI Bubble).
  • Real Estate has peaked in many markets, and some markets are seeing increasing foreclosures.
  • YouTube has a bunch of #Pokemon is Crashing videos

For the latest release (ME2: Phantasmal Flames), booster boxes were selling for over $300 during pre-release. Once the product reached the market, however, prices fell — a sharp contrast to the $130–$170 range we saw just a year or two ago.

So is this truly a crash, or simply a case of overhyped pricing correcting back to more reasonable levels?

Consider Bitcoin and Ether: both are still significantly higher if you zoom out over the past two years, even though they’ve pulled back from their all-time highs. The same dynamic applies to the stock market and real estate — short-term declines don’t erase long-term growth. We can't just view things from a short-term lens, but we need to zoom out in the #charts.

Pokémon has attracted a wave of new investors and scalpers who are quickly buying up products at retail. This will continue to drive demand in the short term. Tom Brady's card vault store is selling Trading cards like Pokémon.

Week 47 Options/Dividend Summary

Here is my Excel Pivot with last week's trades:

October 2025 was a weak month for trading overall. By contrast, the weekly results from November (weeks 45, 46, and 47) have nearly surpassed the entire performance of October.

F Trade Details:

Over the past two weeks, I’ve been actively trading #Ford. The stock climbed into the mid-$13 range and looked poised to break above $14. However, the recent bear market pulled it back down, and it is now trading between $12.50 and $13.00.

AMD Trade Details:

For #AMD, I’ve collected more than $325 in option premiums, with two key trades centered on covered calls.

  • Rolled the strike price up by $5 and extended the expiration by two months, earning $85 in premiums.

  • Rolled the strike price up by $10 and pushed the expiration out six months, earning $170 in premiums.

If AMD’s price remains flat, I could add roughly $1,500 in value if my shares are assigned early. This highlights why actively managing deep in-the-money #ITM covered calls is so important. Leaving them untouched risks forfeiting significant upside, while adjusting them allows me to recapture 30%–70% of the potential gains that would otherwise be lost.

Week 48 Dividend (and Week 49 dividend)

This is the current #dividend for this week:

However, the big dividend is coming in Week #48. I like dividends, because I use that CASH (I sell the stock) and use the proceeds to buy

Nov 24 Option Trades @ 10:30 am (EST)

Today (Nov 24), investment moves. Never a pay wall. Posted on X, FB.

#Visa has been a stable income via an option for the last 3 or 4 years. Today I closed my Iron Condor and opened the Jan 2026.

The time decay on Visa and with it trading within a range the last 3-4 months has helped me continue to make money on the Iron Condors.

Final Thoughts

  • Dividends: I collect roughly $12K annually in dividend income, which provides a steady baseline of new cash flow into my account. Since mid-2024, I’ve been selling off the reinvested shares of the underlying positions and redirecting that capital into growth-oriented assets. My largest additions have been QQQM, IBIT, WING, and Ether.

  • Options: I’ve tracked my option trades for over five years, and each year has been profitable. My primary strategy is using options to manage risk, focusing on covered calls and selling puts. Most of my gains come from time decay, and I plan to continue employing this approach going forward.

  • Pokémon: I’m steadily adding more sealed products such as Booster Boxes, ETBs, and other collectibles. My preference is to pick up at least some of each new set, even if others consider it a weaker release.

  • Stocks: My current focus is on building larger positions in QQQM and IBIT. To fund this, I’m gradually selling off certain dividend stocks, which will reduce my annual dividend payout but increase my exposure to growth opportunities.

Have a profitable day!
