If a payout is ever missed, its remediated in subsequent payouts
Hive-Engine + Hive can be extremely unreliable from an API standpoint. We do our best with what we have. Whenever a payout is missed, the next payouts are automatically made for higher amounts to remediate the missed payout
This is the best we can do with the Hive/HE infrastructure

It's pretty shocking alright, interesting to hear what's the reason for this and will there be a fix.
