NEWBIES ANALYSIS
The Newbies Initiative for February batch has come to an end and is time to give the report on the growth of the Newbies. At the beginning of the month, we had 6 newbies who began with us but at the end, we only have 4 newbies that completed the newbies tasks and they are: @kemmyb @dayna199019 @mariateresa and @mahnoor1
Note: The analysis is calculated from the mid of February i.e tasks 2 of the initiative where the newbies were given a task to write their goals of the month.
ANÁLISIS DE LOS NUEVOS
La Iniciativa de Novatos para el lote de febrero ha llegado a su fin y es el momento de dar el informe sobre el crecimiento de los novatos. A principios de mes, teníamos 6 novatos que empezaron con nosotros pero al final, sólo tenemos 4 novatos que completaron las tareas de novatos y lo son: @kemmyb @dayna199019 @mariateresa y @mahnoor1.
Nota: El análisis se calcula a partir de mediados de febrero, es decir, las tareas 2 de la iniciativa donde los novatos recibieron la tarea de escribir sus objetivos del mes.
@kemmyb Analysis Report
At the mid of February, @kemmyb had a Hive Power of 455 HP with a goal of 555HP. She was able to attain a Hive Power of 632 Hive at the end of the month. She had a increase in engagement from 552 comments to 732 comments after setting a goal of 600 comments.

Dayna had a reputation of 51 and a Hive Power of 23 Hive during the initiative. She surpassed her goals of attaining a Hive Power of 80 HP by having 133.9 HP at the end of the month. Moreover she had an increase in followers from 10 authors to 30 authors.

At the start, mahnoor had a Hive power of 17HP and a goal set to 50 HP. She surpassed her goals by attaining a Hive Power of 123 HP. She had a slight increase in number of colleges as she moved from a number of 78 comments to 187 comments.

It has been a great motivation and encouragement to continue writing quality content in Hive, I am striving to make that happen. At first I was unmotivated, but after I joined the newbie batch in February, my vision changed and now I'm a different person. May God multiply you all, for your immense support.
