Yes, after they are in your wallet, you will be able to trade them on LeoDex for hivep but they will only be issued for LEO sent to @lbi-token.

Yes. The LEO is sent to the LBI account and the LBI is manually sent to the HE account. This is a direct sale.

So theoretically one can grab some at Leodex in case someone sells them there.
