It'll get better :-) I try not to worry about the curators. I just engage and take what I get. No one"owes" me anything. It is my duty to pull it out of them by providing value to them ;-)

We all need to be applauded without it we stop creating!
It does help, but I don't find the applause absolutely necessary. I go for the engagement knowing there is a chance of no applause. If not I will keep trying. You never know when someone's mind will change :-)
