A gambling site would be a strong catalyst for HBD demand, even if the absolute HBD amounts were not that high.
As mentioned the site would need HP/RC. They would get interest. They could pass on interest in small amounts to gamblers.
What gambler wouldn't want to stake his bankroll for interest to offset the inevitable losses.
What gambing site wouldn't want an interest cushion against losses to the gamblers (though ultimately, on the whole they won't lose if well run). With that interest to them they could offer tighter odds than other sites etc.
