What do you think will bring growth for Hive next year? I think we need a mix of short and long content. Be social to make it fun for all. Support the little guys to keep them coming back.

Sort:

Support the 'little guys' for sure! We need to keep people engaged and feeling valued. I don't think that happens on Hive's first layer, I still think the apps are what takes Hive to another level.

I think supporting the little guys to keep them coming back is the most important out of these. Other than that, we'll just keep doing what we've always being doing!

Few good apps like games, use(ful) smart contracts, growing and supporting new(er) user base.

on the social front, we need more marketing, campaigns and partnerships to reach more people.

Internal with need better platform moderation and resource allocation

I hope there can be some funds for more marketing, but a lot of it comes down to us to spread the word. New users need some help to get started.

Decent Dapps with decent structure fixes this problem. Most dapps just focus on development, they do not care about the user experience of their dapps or getting more people to use it.

I really think they do care, but we don't have massive teams working on the dapps. Without users they will get nowhere. They have improved.

To that i say the HDF exist. Dapps should recruit a small team of efficient people. Define their goals and aim for it. Easier said than don but we are not a VC-backed chain. There isn't enough resources to recruit the type of talent we need but we can work with what we have. For now, there are only a handful of dapps that have outreach programs. That is unacceptable for a chain that really wants to grow.

Short and long for sure but most of all, good dapps that can compete with the rest of the space.

Let us also focus on engagement. A lot of people seem too weary or too bored to take time to comment, rather than just "auto vote."
