Why I'm excited about this NFT collection
Adult Fantasy was founded by a group of expert comic writers that have worked for Marvel, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim and Warner Bros, and several other smaller companies. They started this project out of a passion and love for classic comics.
I would say that nearly all of the NFT's floating around in the crypto sphere look like garbage Nintendo original-style graphics, so it's refreshing to see a group of people that actually care about quality.
The creator states in the video that people will be choosing the path that the comics will take, sort of like dungeons and dragons, while the creators will be the dungeon masters. I don't quite understand how that is going to be possible, but hopefully they mean that whatever great stories emerge within the community, they'll create visual content for.
Lastly, each card that is minted will have a grade on it, just like if you sent a real card in to be graded. The first video demonstrates the quantity per grade and what the condition of the card will roughly look like. It's a funny and genius idea.
This doesn't look like a fly-by-night project. They've been working on it since March and have been in the space for decades, so they're very dedicated to progressing this along to wherever it takes them.
