How does or would that work for customers, do they get a atm card?...and what do they have to go through to transact with the atm? I think it's a great idea, I don't buy hive or steem because you have to give to much personal information to the exchanges.

You can only insert cash into the atm. All they need is a phone number and first last name. You could easily use a burner number and fake name. If you're doing anything over $900 they require more info.
They also allow purchased with a debit card, but that’s online only.
