Remember that for your backup method to be reliable, you should have regular backups on at least 2 separate locations (at least one saved on a removable drive, and at least one saved securely somewhere online). 🤔🧘♂️🤓 !HOPE !INDEED !WEIRD !HUG
You can literally buy some cloud storage online (which can also be called "lifetime plan"), though they might eventually run out of business especially if the provider sells too much storage and not earn enough from other sources such as renting out storage. 🤔🤯🤓 !INDEED !LOLZ

Yeah, and with so many changes over the last 20 years, I'm not sure that "buying" storage place is a good plan. I mean especially "how much space should one buy? 'm from the time that we could store info on a floppy, and OMG we could put 200 songs on 1 cd... So imagine if you had a storage place for 100 from these cd's... That would be not even 70 GB... which is now like ... nothing.... !STRIDE !wine !HUG
Even if such permanent (cloud) storage for just one-time payment may not be cost-efficient in the long term, it still has the advantage of not being a hassle for payments as compared to yearly or monthly payment plans !INDEED. 🤔🧘♂️🤓😏 !HOPE !WEIRD !PIZZA

People considering to use those (new) cloud storage providers offering lifetime plans need extensive research before they buy such permanent storage (even if cheap). 🤔🤯😅

Still need to look into buying some cloud space somewhere - even though it's more like "renting", right? !STRIDE !INDEED !wine
