There's no when, if you earn it, it drops when it's payout to you. If you buy it on Hive engine, you find it in your Hive engine wallet. If you can't find you need to search for it using the token search bar.

If you are talking about referral, that thing has been paused long time ago. It's not paying out Leo to anyone. They stopped it and moved the referral program to LeoDex. You can earn Leo for referring people to Leodex, when they trade you earn affiliate commission in Leo.
