RE: Debt: Why Should Others Be Indebted To You?

in LeoFinance2 years ago

This is a dynamic that many don't consciously pay attention to but it is nevertheless happening on the background. Debt, in all the forms it may take, will always create the need to pay it back on sometime in the future. Life is indeed transactional and people hardly do a transaction without expecting anything in return. It's great to have this understanding at the back of our minds in almost every thing we do.

Exactly, at one point in time, we're obligated to pay back debt, the expectations of payment for debt should be understood and complied with, in all ramifications of life. However, this post is mainly to educate that we are transactional people and the illusion that we can get without being indebted is false. Understanding these things helps us become better people

Absolutely. Having an understanding of it sheds light on the transactional nature of human interactions and why it is good to be aware of the expectations of the other party. I feel like it brings a level of clarity to human interactions.

This is true, although it's hard to be quite vocal about a topic as this, as people want to categorically believe they do things without having any reason why, but we mostly do things, the certainty is higher when feel indebted to others.
