I wouldn't blame able too because it is their platform, they can decide what is acceptable or not. I think it's much easier to build an app and push it to the mobile stores than to build a functioning web app or interface that users can interact with. But going the easy route through centralized platforms is against the spirit of web3. The developers have to revisit the drawing board and figure out a way to build an interface that's not dependent on centralized platforms.
