Now for my cow adventure
Sorry for posting this in Leo Finance but I was told that my LPUD participation post should go in this community, but my posts are not financial, so I decided to do two posts in one :)
The Gran Cafe de la Parroquia arrived in the City of Puebla, surely many of you will know it, since it is a very old restaurant, which this year celebrates its two hundred years, contains many traditions from Veracruz, starting with the lechero (a coffee with raw milk served by waiters with old milkmen), food such as cream pumps, black and white gorditas, brocas (braid-shaped sweet bread), champolas (coffee-based drinks containing vanilla ice cream, strawberry or chocolate), plantains with cream and cheese, the corn pie and the architecture, all the branches have the same floor that is ordered to be done in Spain, the same colors, tables and decorations. They had never opened a branch in another State of Mexico, until my friend was encouraged to put one in the City of Puebla, she already found a place to put it and now she is looking for providers of ice cream and raw milk. I invited her to eat in Chipilo, so that later we could look for places where we could find raw milk, since Chipilo is a cattle town.
First we went to eat at a restaurant called "Il Canton Del Italian", we ate pasta and salad, then we went to try some very good ice creams called "La Catedral", I ate a Ferrero chocolate ice cream and my friend ordered vanilla, strawberry , chocolate and coffee to try them and then we went for a walk through the streets of Cyprus in search of cows. After 10 minutes of driving, I saw a cow and quickly told my friend to stop to ask us, she parked and when we got out of the car, we realized that the place was huge and in the distance there was a man working. Irene asked me to please ask them because it's a bit embarrassing, so I asked the man who we could ask for information to buy milk for a business and he pointed to three people, telling us to ask for a certain Luis.

We approached them and asked about Luis, at that moment a man about 45 years old turned around, with a mustache and from his features you could tell he was Italian, we greeted him and I began to tell him that my friend wanted to open a cafe in the City of Puebla and would like to buy raw milk so as not to lose the tradition of the restaurant they had in the City of Veracruz, since a coffee with 100% pure milk is not the same as a coffee with Lala or Alpura milk. He told us that there was no problem, that the day he wanted after 7:30 in the morning he could go and stock up on the liters he needed, each liter was 13 pesos, for what they cost in the supermarket it was free and more because It is 100% milk. The only problem is that they did not have the tuberculosis papers, a sensitive issue and more when you buy milk for a business. Luis told us that when they saw that a cow was sick with tuberculosis, they separated her from the rest of the cow ladies. He also told us that each day each cow ingested 80 liters of water and produced 20 liters of milk. I kept asking him about all this because there were many things that made me curious and I had never been sure of them. I also asked him if it hurt the cows when they got their milk and he told me that it didn't, that in fact they went alone to the machines to be removed because it was very satisfying.

Very nice Luis, we stayed talking with him for about half an hour. In the end, my friend chose not to buy from him and continued looking for suppliers because she did not have tuberculosis papers and she was very afraid that something would happen, although nothing had ever happened to him in years. I was also ready to start buying raw milk so I wouldn't drink so much processed milk, but I was afraid that they didn't have papers, I'm sure they have their own control, but you don't know if you can be that one out of a hundred who has to take the diseased cow's milk. I agreed with Irene, my friend, to see her again on Monday to accompany her to continue looking for milk vendors.
