if I take a moment to just enjoy a sweet and do nothing else, I'm less likely to crave more.
This is something i need to do more of - actually indulge in the eating of it, rather than just eating it. I have a sweet tooth and it seems to have an unfillable hole in it :)
I used to as well, I still get days when I crave more. However, now I even drink most of my tea without sugar :D Also quality over quantity.
One of my brothers does this, only eats junk food if it is good junk food :)
