I don't think it is possible, which is why it has to be flexible. If you think about it in terms of an entire economy, it actually does work over time, as businesses, trends, industries etc come and go based on demand. However, when it comes to one platform or a type of an economy, they will all fail because their rules will never always be suitable for conditions.
