Perhaps it should be a thing to film yourself for a month, and then watch it back to reflect upon.

It would probably surprise most people to really 'see' how they spend their time, or how much time they waste. I know I waste a fair amount of time but if it were put together into a lump sum of hours it would shock me, I'm pretty sure lol
