In this video I discuss how Hive is really an enigma. This is something that we are not accustomed to looking at.
It is a permissionless system where people are free to do what they desire. This means there is no controlling entity to drive things forward in an orderly way.
Hive is more like a forest growing and filling in. There is a foundation in place which means there are more opportunities for newer projects. With each one, we see a closing of the ecosystem. Over time, we will find that things will end up really robust.
It will just take some time.

I agree that everyone just needs to get involved and do their part. Besides the centralizations in projects, I think everything else is great in Hive.
