Bitcoin As The Global Reserve Currency?

Even Rand Paul is getting into the act, talking about things he evidently has no clue about.

In this video I discuss why Bitcoin will not be the reserve currency and why technology will make that completely unnecessary. While the USD will hang around a while, the erosion over the next couple decades will occur as technology is forging ahead.

I'm not persuaded the idea of a "world reserve currency" even matters anymore.

Did you just run into 2060 with your thoughts, interesting.

I tend to be 5-10 year down the road anyway so it isnt that much of a leap, although rarely done.

Very interesting video. You have an unusual view of the future of the first token. Thanks.

3 BTC in 10 years will worth 3 BTC, if the algorithm's integrity will remain unaltered. not 30 BTC.
Our current mistake is that we still think in the rotten dollar.

3 BTC in 10 years will worth 3 BTC,

Yes it will and it will also be inelastic which most overlook.

So the point still holds. Bitcoin's inelasticity means that it cannot adapt to the changing economic circumstances.
