To be able to HODL and keep stacking, this is where having other source of income is important.
This is an excellent approach, particularly when diversifying assets of different risk levels. There's a generally good outlook for the overall market when looking from a long-term perspective. Speculation is a dangerous game, and the vast majority of us don't have the experience to succeed in short-term trading, luck put aside. It's ultimately a gamble.
Your discussion was mainly about cryptocurrency / NFT / blockchain applications, but the concept applies to other sectors as well. Thank you for the insight and the wise, age-old investing advice. ☺️
There is a difference between trading and investing. From what I see, trading is very difficult and it's based on speculation. Just like how most day traders don't succeed, it's the same with trading as it requires a lot of knowledge or luck.

I am HODLing as well, but too bad I don't take some profits with these bumps in the market. I simply hope that the tides are turning around and don't want to catch me waiting rather buying back in on the uptrend.
