There was a chart on Reuters detailing the profits per vehicle that Tesla makes compard to Toyota.

It turns out there was a greater than 8x difference.

In this video I discuss why those who try to value Tesla as a car company are remiss. This is one of the main points that drives it home. Tesla simply has margins that automakers can only dream about.
