The FED started playing the interest card that it didn't do in its history to get back the dollars it printed and distributed to the world
The Fed doesnt print USD. Do you realize that?
Reserves are not dollars. The Fed's liabilities are not legal tender hence cannot be USD.
Hence you entire analysis is without any merit unless you are trying to promote some agenda.
