That is true about it being speculation from the beginning. It is changing though with the hunt for yield. Now we are getting to the point whereby people are understanding how to develop a solid financial system and not just speculate.

It ha sure changed a little with the acceptance of cryptocurrency by a lot of people but at the same time, cryptocurrency getting to the hands of many rich people has made it an instrument of manipulation either with the use of their money or influence.
