Your forecast could be right. We are talking about crystal balls here and who has the one that is the clearest. As they say about forecasting, it is a race to be the least wrong.
That said, I dont bet against the pace of things. One variable is healthcare (and education) are highly regulated. That will provide protection for the status quo.
