Performance wise Binance seems a little more stable compared to the issues the Polygon has had in the past. However that is based on my limited exposure to both. Fee wise Polygon is pretty nice but for the $0.15 difference it's not really a big deal.

No both are worlds ahead of Ethereum when it comes to fees.
I dont use either enough to really know what is a problem.
