Hard to do that and remain credible.
Perhaps if they put in a long lock up period like say, 3 years.
But it gets to the point where people think it is a scam then.

50% APR is not credible, but 30% with a 1 year lock up sounds ok.
Yeah 50% screams scam. Even 30% is unbelievable in most instances. I can see the trade off for such a big return being the 1 year lock up. That would not be a hard sell.
