Roki Sasaki, 23 years young, with talent far beyond his baseball maturity level. I believe the Japanese culture was a factor in his decision. The introspective mentality of self improvement was obviously part of his decision making process to sign with the Dodgers. With LA, he can be part of a system that will bring out the best of him. Going to another franchise would unfairly put pressure on him to be the savior. Now he can be part of a team where any player in any game can be the headliner.
