Does anyone have the ERC market cap number? Because when PulseChain launches they are basically going to duplicate every ERC token NOT ON A CENTRAL exchange. It's going to be very interesting to say the least. Not only will those tokens be able to be traded for pennies rather than tens and hundreds of dollars, but there will also be significantly less of them in Pulse. Of course, no one really knows if they'll be worth anything when it launches. Price discovery could be crazy.
For example, there are currently 452M LINK tokens in the circulating supply. Say only 50M get duplicated into Pulse. There will be a Uniswap fork in the Pulsechain with liquidity pairs set up. One of those pairs may be LINK and pLINK. What sort of price do you think pLINK will trade at?
It would obviously not be worth the same as LINK at the beginning, but....the fact that you can potentially bridge it over to the ETH chain might lead one to speculate that the prices could even out at some point. Add in the fact that you could potentially bridge your LINK over to pLINK and do your transactions for pennies (think MATIC) and now you really have to wonder how the value (price) will be viewed.
It's going to really be interesting, and potentially madly profitable.
The idea is there will be another chain in wallets like Metamask so everything will be able to be done in the same wallet. Just like now we switch to the BSC chain when we deal with CUB, there will be a Pulsechain listing in the dropdown to switch to that one.
The scope of this undertaking is monstrous but Richard Heart continues to attract devs away from other chains with the awesome potential.
To make a long story short, my point is the market cap number could potentially spike by a few billion dollars when...POOF!...an entirely new, fully stocked ecosystem appears out of nowhere.
Talk about printing money....
