1K new people per month is within reach.
I understand going conservative but hopefully we are able to move up higher on the scale. We will have to more people focusing upon SEO and getting more key words.
You bring up a good point about retweeting posts and trying to get the numbers going there. Keep spreading the links wherever we can.

I actually think 1K new people from organic traffic is a fantastic number. Add the new people coming to the site from twitter and other form of marketing and we're golden.. But we can surpass those numbers if more people worked together.

For instance:
Whenever forexbrokr publish one of his optimized gems, share it on Twitter and other social media platforms. Retweet other people's tweets about that article and like them. Use reddit, facebook, instagram and youtube.
You don't necessarily have to upvote the articles in case you don't want to reward the author, but the social signals will have an impact in the long haul. The tweets (and retweets) also help us in terms of bursts of traffic, brand building in the sense that we are putting "LeoFinance" on the map so to speak and the social signals will basically make google think "oh, they're driving traffic to that post, let's check it out", which over time will lead to more organic traffic due to the increased rankings we'll get for those articles.
