I am not sure, but I don't think it matters because the total amount of traffic doesn't influence the search rankings. It plays a significant role in where your website appears in search results though. So, even if you only drive paid traffic, you'll still increase rankings but it's not sustainable in the long haul. That's why we want optimized content so we get natural (organic) traffic.
Not sure I understand what you mean by that..?
Organic traffic is traffic that comes from Google and other search engines.

Yes but when ranking something, does google give more weight to a site that gets 30% of its traffic organically verses a similar site that gets 10%?
