Khal has mentioned once before that he was implementing a feature where the % of total harvest is affected by your xPolyCUB stake.

For example:
0 xPolyCUB: -30%
1-10 xPolyCUB: -20%
11-100 xPolyCUB: -10%
100+ xPolyCUB: 0%

I have a feeling that will have a reserve effect than desired.

To me, something like that might be good on the claim penalty.
