Do you know of any decentralized ad providers?
Centralization tends to be used to bring buyers and sellers together. That is why markets and exchanges exist. I am not sure the ad model is at the top of the list.

I don't think we have any but wouldn't it be fine to have a decentralized market maker to place ads? Then again, there needs to be a way to find those scams or malicious links.
There will be decentralized voting through polls on the ads the community wants to accept so that is something.
