@taskmaster4450le - I personally wouldn't be crushed if the Mets didn't sign him, but I won't lie. Definitely loved his playing style back in the day and he has done a very good job managing the Brew Crew.
Nah me either. I think managers are overrated, especially in today's game. We know a lot of aspects of the game are scripted by the front office so what does the manager do?
That is why I didnt care if they fired or retained Buck. He wasnt the reason they are going home now.
And no manager was turning the 2023 #mets into a winner.
