Yes. Liquidity is more on the open market. Of course, more printed and locked up doesnt exactly solve the issue but a portion of that will make it onto the market.
Also the more HBD put into savings, the more HBD that gets generated. Right now there are few use cases but the ones that do exist are finding liquidity tight. The only place to get some is the internal market and that is only 1,000 or so at a time.
But we have to start somewhere and keep things growing.
