RE: Leo Talk 6/22/21 - Come Join Our Chat

I really love what is shaping up. Good for the retail workers. We are seeing a movement that is very telling about the future. It is happening without unions or coercion. Instead, people are looking at their lives and value systems and making work decisions.

Many are telling the retail employers to kiss off; their lives aren't worth the crappy job.

It's great to see this happening. At some point most will realise that it's not worth to put their valuable time for a job which doesn't even pay well or provide any other kind of satisfaction.

This moment is only getting stronger.

Yea I saw another article about retail wanting better paying jobs and just don't consider it worth it.

Retail from what I understand is a difficult and thankless job. I know that Walmart got in trouble a few years ago for their treatment of their employees.

If there are other options available, it is good that people can avail themselves.
