Maybe products out of thin air?
Not as far fetched as it sounds. Carbon capture systems are being prototyped to generated products such as toothpaste.
We will see if this technology/idea ends up going anywhere. Perhaps the forerunner to carbon nanofactories which are expected decades down the road.

Well for 1. It is crazy to think of how many products are made using petroleum or bi-products of petroleum.
Had you ever heard (the conspiracy theory) that the Shell petroleum company bought the patent/keeps from the public the information regarding a hydro-ethanol engine? And basically does not develop this technology so that they can continue big oils monopoly of petroleum products.
I havent heard that but it wouldn't surprise me.
Why cant the automobile companies make a car that goes 100 miles on a gallon? I know the technology was developed over the years. I am sure it was bought up by someone and shelved.
This is why we need to redo the entire system.
But the first challenge is the financial system. That is what is at the center of everything.

The plan for restoration of constitutional government, is something I used to promote heavily before hive.. but revolution/altering the forms to which we’ve become accustomed is a big pill to swallow..
And I had tried promoting that for a quite a while.. but I think DeFi and blockchain are infinitely more promising, cut the workload, decrease the risk and opportunities costs etc..

The best way to deal with and change government is to reduce the amount of government. It simply is not a system that can be fixed. All models appear broken.
Trustless is what blockchain offers. Hence we dont need the idiots in office (or at least as many of them).

I think there were a number of them. People using sun, water, garbage and all kinds of stuff to generate energy for cars.
My thought is they were all either bought out or threatened.

Nikola Tesla was working on free energy generation and when he died, the government raided his home and confiscated all of his papers and research. Didn't want knowledge like that getting out!

They actually did that before he died. He was a threat to a lot of powerful people.
The biggest traitor was Edison who benefited enormously by the government taking down Nikola.
He was more than a century ahead of his time. Sadly, corruption of government and big business got in the way.
Something that has not changed since then.
