I think the best medicine for aging is happiness. In my opinion, the soul should be young, not the appearance.

I must agree with you on this. And I guess it follows, that when you are truly happy, it reflects on your appearance.

It's not how old you are, it's how old you feel. Happy people always feel late and are also healthier.

It's good I always feel I'm still 22, lol! And always see the brighter side of things too thereby making me generally happy most times which in turn makes me very healthy :)

Hmmm, it seems that quest is going to be nonstop. I would be grateful if I'd live to 65 and it wouldn't be bad if I get a bit longer and in great health too. But then again, who knows.
