Grayscale is still pushing the SEC for a pot Bitcoin ETF. In the meantime they are unveiling a Futures ETF in Europe.

    The US doesn't like spot ETFs but they are open to futures ETFs. It's so backward that it doesn't make that much sense to me.

    Well we know Gensler doesnt. He keeps blocking it. I wonder how long until Grayscale takes legal action.
