I think the fact there is such a high turnover with a reported 90% of employees considering quitting their jobs tells the entire story.

The sense of comfort in working from home is what stands out to me. I used to work in a call center and of course I had the luck of being seated next to this huge lady.
She tended to wear clothes that didn't breathe, like plastics and leather. Needless to say, she sweated up a storm and personally REEKED. I've almost never known women to smell bad, but she took the foul oder crown in the office, which left me almost gagging. Working from home would have been the answer to that! :)
