Is it possible the US Supreme Court strikes down Trump's tariffs?

The Constitution grants that power to Congress. Trump is using it under Article II, citing drugs as the reason for emergency powers. Even if this was valid (which is also up to legal debate), it is questionable whether tariff power is included.
