So Twitter employees are surprised to find out there are consequences for roasting their boss on social media?

The fact that people believe you can attack you boss on social media and not be fired or disciplined in some way is very telling

Sort:

If they were so arrogant towards someone that put food on their table, imagine how arrogant they were towards ordinary mortals i.e. customers whose fates depended on their whims.

Yeah. I guess it comes from having no true social awareness. The younger generation thinks social media is the real world and what works there is applicable all over.

They are getting a rude awakening as recession sets in.

People have been having way too many free hand outs and it's made them weak. It's time to reset this BS that's been going on and understand grit and determination makes us stronger. Not asking for handouts from the government and companies

Not only do these people think they can bad-mouth their boss on social media (including D 1 their boss owns), but they think they can chase people off the platform into oblivion never to be heard from again from anywhere else.

People are stupid.
