Global EVs sales were 10% of total cars sales in the first quarter of 2023.
This is a major milestone.
Already 10%? This EV transition is happening quicker than I thought.
Quicker than mainstream auto manufacturers thought all.
Going nut in Europe and China. Big percentage of cars sold being EVs.
The share of EV sales will increase as the other car manufacturers get in on the switch over to EV.

Seriously these phishing attacks are becoming serious pain and hard to predict.
Recently saw a whale who lost thousands of #usdt like multiple times..
Have to be very careful. That is for sure.
It's always been a problem but at some point, I wonder if the holders are smart enough to not to not fall for bad links. Accounts get hacked all the time.
Is there a resolution between #ripple and the #sec upcooming?

This is something that had gone on for years. Market moves seem like Ripple will prevail.
I am wondering what will happen there also. The lawsuit has been going on for a long time and I thought it would be moving faster
The #sec thought they would bend and just agree to a fine.
Now the agency risks losing the case from what I read.

1/ Want to become the global reserve currency? Do you think this happens overnight? Here is what is required.
2/ The global reserve currency has to faciliate trade. This is both commercial, i.e. merchandise, and financial.
3/ What is required is infrastructure, depth, liquidity, and sophistication. All aspects are needed and if any are missing, there can be problems.
4/ Ultimaely, a massive marketplace has to be developed. We saw this with USD. It is something that requires a lot of effort and massive resources.
5/ The biggest thing is that private enterprise has to buy in. All the government mandates in the word mean nothing, especially internationally. Private business decides what the reserve currency is, not central banks or govts.
6/ This all takes a lot of time and is a lengthy process. People seem to believe it happens overnight.
It will be decades before anything happens to the present reserve currency.
If this is what it takes. China can become the reserve currency of the world in a decade or two.
